At Appliance World Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new appliance doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery provided the item is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Our specialists will review your request within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Securely repack the appliance in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically appearing within 5-7 business days.
